1. Command- One of my strong characteristics is that I enjoy being in positions where I can apply my leadership abilities. I feel very comfortable when placed in challenging positions that some people shy away from. When placed in leadership positions I find that I try to lead by example.
2. Learner- I seek roles that require some form of technical competence. I enjoy the process of acquiring and maintaining levels of expertise.
3. Restorative- I think about ways I can improve my skills and knowledge. I try to identify my weaknesses and try to turn them into strengths. I also try to enhance my strengths and learn ways to do things better.
4. Achiever- I do not require much motivation from others. I take advantage of my self-motivation by setting challenging goals. I try to set more demanding goal whenever I finish a project.
5. Self-Assurance- I have ambitious goals. Don’t hesitate to reach for what others see as impractical and impossible, but what I see things that are merely bold and exciting — and most importantly —achievable. I feel that my self-assurance talents can lead to achievements that I may not have otherwise even imagined.
